Brentwood's Orchestras for Young Musicians

Phoenix Youth Orchestra

The Phoenix Youth Orchestra was formed in September 2000 and many of its members go on to further education within music.

The Phoenix Youth Orchestra offers young people of secondary school age the opportunity to receive high quality guidance and training in the skills of orchestral playing, along with the enjoyment of playing in a wide variety of exciting music in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We have a simulating schedule of rehersals with a wide variety of music.

We hold regular auditions for entry into the Phoenix Youth Orchestra, both for members currently in other Orchestras of BOYM, and new members looking to join for the first time. We are currently on the look out for any bass players
